Clarissa Perez-Pacheco, is the left brain of the operation, serving as co-founder, Vice President, and marketing planning, analyzing, and crunching person. She’s worked in wholesale, retail, and direct marketing channels. Her years at Shaklee launching and developing nutritional, personal care, and home cleaning consumer products earned her the right to succeed at marketing any industry that’s in the pipeline.

Richard Perez-Pacheco, is the right-brained co-founder, President, and the creative visionary mind of the Black Sheep. He brings 20 years of hard-won design and creative directing experience in industries ranging from toys and video games to comfy beds and pillows, healthcare, manufacturing and publishing. His passion for client projects often keeps him up at night, but in a good way.
